Capital is well known in the industry as being the preferred brand of choice when it comes to serious cooks, so much so that Capital’s Culinarian Ranges were chosen by Food Network in 2010 to be used in popular shows like Cupcake Wars, Chopped, and the Next Food Network Star. With Capital’s Maestro Series wall ovens, you can transfer that same precision and power Capital is known for and reap the benefits of easy access and additional cooking capacity.

The Capital Maestro Series single oven provides a spacious 4.5 cu. ft. capacity with a plethora of exclusive Capital features to enhance your cooking experience. If you’re a home caterer, baking enthusiast, or just prefer having even more usable oven space, the Capital Maestro Series double oven offers the same dynamic performance at twice the capacity (9 cu. ft.). Both models measure at 30-inches wide and feature a sleek stainless steel finish, extra-large viewing window, professional-style handle, and digital/knob controls on a stylish black control strip.

The titanium speck porcelain interior features bright interior lighting with 3 Flex-Roll oven racks that are easily maneuvered and a total of 6 rack positions. The 10 pass Bake heating element and dual-ribbon Broiling heating element are glass enclosed, resulting in an even heat dispersion and ensuring no hot or cold spots. With dual air-flow convection technology, the oven interior heats evenly throughout the cavity, which ensures perfect results no matter which cooking mode you use (Bake, Delicate Bake, Broil, Roast, Perfect Convection, Probe, Self-Clean, Convection and Moist).
