ViChrome Removable Griddle

Viking VGRT7486GSS Rangetop Review

This 48” stainless steel rangetop features six newly improved sealed Elevation™ burners and a new ViChrome™ Griddle. These high-powered burners have a maximum output of 23,000 BTUs and are raised 2 ½” above the burner pans which prevents baked-on messes or spills dripping inside the flame port. These burners are also equipped with Viking’s standard SureSpark Ignition (ensuring automatic ignition and reigniton) as well as the exclusive VariSimmer setting (providing gentle low temperatures for simmering).

Viking’s exclusive new ViChrome Griddle is thermostatically controlled for consistent and even temperatures across the entire surface. The chrome plate itself is removable and interchangeable with a grill/griddle accessory. A patent pending grease containment system underneath the griddle with removable grease trough makes for a quick and easy cleanup.

SoftLit Led Lights

Equipped with continuous grates, you can easily move pots and pans across your cooking surface without lifting and causing spills. And as one of the newest added features for the 7 Series, SoftLit LED Lights illuminate knobs and add a stylish accent to your sophisticated Viking rangetop.
